The Barcelona star is eagerly anticipating this week's semi-final and has stressed that the Roja will not take the game lightly.
Andres Iniesta has made it clear that
Spain do not fear
Italy
ahead of their Confederations Cup semi-final encounter, yet has
insisted that the reigning European champions will not underestimate
Cesare Prandelli's men.
Spain
beat Nigeria 3-0 on Sunday to book their ticket in the final four of
the competition and Iniesta is eagerly anticipating the match versus the
Azzurri.
"It will be a great semi-final. We will see
who's the lucky one to progress. There's not really much to say about
it, but we do not fear anyone," Iniesta told
Tele 5.
"We
never show any fear and even less so against Italy. We'll meet a great
Italy team, though, and we cannot underestimate them. We are only one
step away from the final."
Spain last met Italy in the final of
Euro 2012 when they recorded a 4-0 win. Thursday's match in Fortaleza is
scheduled to kick off at 21:00CET
